Access to The Lot

The Lot is where our live virtual networking meetups (a.k.a. Zoom calls) take place, and are designed to connect members of The Helping Friendly Network in a relaxed, engaging, and productive setting.

Our Zoom calls are highly curated, using AI to identify potentially meaningful connections based on what members do, who they want to meet, what they’re working toward, and what they can offer one another.

AI helps us look across the network for shared goals, complementary expertise, and real-time opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. The HFN team uses those insights to shape each call, so you’re joining a conversation built with purpose - and meeting people you have a reason to follow up with.

Each session runs approximately one hour, with groups specifically assembled to encourage meaningful conversations, real relationship-building, and quality connections among members.

(Additional sessions may be added as the community grows.)

To keep discussions diverse and valuable for everyone involved, participation in each session is balanced across industries and professional backgrounds.

Your members-only dashboard includes:

• What’s On Your Radar? - Highlights current projects, immediate needs, and opportunities you’re looking for today - helping us curate relevant connections as your priorities change.
• A Conversation Tracker - Who, when, recaps, and next steps - all in one convenient location.
• Your Call History From The Lot - See who attended each call and view their shared contact information with a simple hover over or tap of their name.
• Upcoming Sessions - Provides call details and links to join The Lot.

Private LinkedIn Group

New members will be added to our private LinkedIn group to connect with other members, ask questions, uncover resources, and solve problems.

Second Set Type II Jams

From time to time, we'll hand over the mic to an HFN member or collaborator for a deeper dive into something interesting, insightful, and relevant to the community.

In-Person Events

We absolutely plan to bring The Helping Friendly Network into the real world with in-person gatherings, meetups, and events as our community continues to grow across the country.

As membership expands in different regions, we'll begin organizing opportunities for members to connect face-to-face, share experiences, and strengthen relationships beyond the virtual sessions.

The Helping Friendly Book of Contacts

At the end of each year, members will receive a digital copy of The Helping Friendly Book of Contacts, featuring contact information for all active HFN members, along with a few fun lot goodies, ground scores, and other surprises collected along the way.

2027 Registration

Registration for 2027 is officially underway. In order to encourage diverse, meaningful connections throughout the community, membership within each business category is intentionally limited each year.

The Lot will officially open in January!
